Strategy
Develop a list of potential opportunities, strategize about how best to pursue them, revise and draft submission materials uniquely tailored to the opportunity set, discuss timing and any other circumstances unique to the candidate’s process.
Implementation
Pursuing opportunities through individualized reach outs and communication, scheduling meetings, engaging in a series of interview preparation guidelines and calls to ensure proper preparation, negotiating offers, and signing or year end bonuses.
Follow-Up
Ensuring all materials for onboarding are complete, assisting with conflict checks, negotiating start dates, and staying in touch with candidates as they begin their employment.
